Archives for May 2020
Week 4- here we are. Unfortunately, there are not too many updates to share this week. There are lots of shipping delays and restrictions with the whole Covid situation, understandably.
As I mentioned in Week 1, this reno was going to rely on DIYs and thrifted furniture as the bones behind the design. In Week 2 I showed you a little behind the scenes into how I design a space and loved all of your questions about where I find my thrifted and vintage pieces.
Thanks for following along and checking back on the nursery progress for week two!
Week Two of the One Rom Challenge was filled with …well, challenges.
We mostly focused on prepping and figuring out what exactly we could take onto our plates DIY-wise. It’s times like these where I’m very lucky that James is so good at home projects and building things. Sometimes my mind just doesn’t work that way. I enjoy the creative process and he puts the math behind it.
I am participating in the Spring 2020 One Room Challenge! This means that I’ll be posting updates on Baby T’s nursery over an eight week series.
If you’re new here, my husband James and I purchased our first home in the Fall of 2019 and we are expecting our first babe this July! Our home is just about 100 years old and we are trying to breathe some of our personality into it while preserving the charm. If you click around on my site, you’ll see a bunch of home DIY and decor, with tons of dog (Archie) pics sprinkled in. I dedicate 99% of my free time to publishing on this little blog, and I love sharing this part of my life with you all.
